Documents Required for Kuwaiti Citizens 

  • Civil ID for individuals whose addresses require change.
  • Two (2) recent colored personal photos (4 × 6 cm).
  • Envelop.
  • Nationality certificate and a copy for applicants who reached (18) years old or older.
  • Lease contract and a copy, in case the applicant lives in a residential building or a leased house.
  • Owner’s document of title, in case the applicant lives in a leased house.
