PACI provides a user-friendly online system that allows you to book your appointment conveniently, saving time and avoiding long waiting periods at their offices.   • Step 1: Visit Kuwait Official website PACI.
  • Step 2: Choose your preferred language by clicking on the option upper right corner.
  • Step 3: Click on the “E-SERVICES” button.
  • Step 3: Click on the “Appointment Booking” option.
  • Step 4: Read all instructions and guidelines carefully and click on “Start Services”.
  • Step 5: You will see two options on the screen (New Appointment and Restore or Edit Appointment).
  • Step 6: Click on “New Appointment”.
  • Step 7: Enter your Civil No.
  • Step 8: Enter your Mobile No.
  • Step 9: Select PACI Branch, Office and Transaction.
  • Step 10: Click on the “Next” button.
  • Step 11: Select a work shift (Morning or Evening).
  • Step 12: Select the “Appointment Date”.
  • Step 13: Click on “Next“.
  • Step 14: An “Appointment Preview” will appear. Make sure all the information is correct.
  • Step 15: Click “Save”.
  • Step 16: When you click the Save button, a barcode will be generated. Application can download to your phone in a few seconds.

  • Civil ID collection is available at the PACI office from 9 AM to 5 PM. Arrivals outside these hours will not be accommodated, and entry may be denied.
  • The PACI office processes 2,000 new Civil ID cards daily, with a limit of 500 transactions per day. A maximum of 500 appointments can be scheduled daily, totaling 50,000 appointments per month.
